DIRECTIONS: Beat the cream in the mixer at high speed until it becomes firm, Add the cold, melted butter and beat gently until well blended. When serving the pasta (preferably fettuccine) drain it well and sprinkle it with half of the cheese, add half of the cream that was prepared and mix. Add the remaining cheese and mix again. Add the rest of the cream combined with the parsley and mix another time. serve hot
