Directions: Add eggs, lemon juice, vanilla and sweetener or sugar in a blender. Process until smooth and then add the sour cream together with the cream cheese. Continue to blend until free of lumps. The creamier, the better. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and pour the batter into it. Place inside the Instapot and cover with the air fryer lid. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350* . Allow to cool on a wire rack and leave in the fridge overnight or at least for 2-3 hs.
