AIR FRYER CREAMY CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup sweetener, low calorie

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, kept in room temperature

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest


Directions:

  • Blend the eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, and sweetener in a blender or food processor to make a smooth mixture. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and blend again.

  • Grease a spring form pan (4 inch) with some cooking spray. Add the mixture over it.

  • Place Instant Pot Air Fryer Crisp over kitchen platform. Press Air Fry, set the temperature to 400°F and set the timer to 5 minutes to preheat. Press "Start" and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.

  • In the inner pot, place the Air Fryer basket. In the basket, add the pan. Close the Crisp Lid and press the "Bake" setting. Set temperature to 350°F and set the timer to 10 minutes. Press "Start."

  • Open the Crisp Lid after cooking time is over. Cooldown and refrigerate until chilled.

  • Slice and serve chilled.
