Ingredients: ¾ cup sweetener, low calorie 16 ounces cream cheese, kept in room temperature 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons sour cream ½ teaspoon lemon zest
Directions: Blend the eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, and sweetener in a blender or food processor to make a smooth mixture. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and blend again. Grease a spring form pan (4 inch) with some cooking spray. Add the mixture over it. Place Instant Pot Air Fryer Crisp over kitchen platform. Press Air Fry, set the temperature to 400°F and set the timer to 5 minutes to preheat. Press "Start" and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes. In the inner pot, place the Air Fryer basket. In the basket, add the pan. Close the Crisp Lid and press the "Bake" setting. Set temperature to 350°F and set the timer to 10 minutes. Press "Start." Open the Crisp Lid after cooking time is over. Cooldown and refrigerate until chilled. Slice and serve chilled.
